On the hottest April day in 70 years, we went on one of our favourite walks from Emsworth in Hampshire to Langston Harbour. We passed this beautifully situated mill house just before reaching the Royal Oak Pub, which provided a much needed watering hole. Such a pity this lovely weather only lasted a few days.
