A great day out at Bowood House near to Chippenham. One of the best Capability Brown gardens/landscapes we've seen, and hidden in one corner was this cascade of water which happened to have a shaft of sunlight angled through it as we walked past. By complete contrast, for the scientists out there, the House contains the room where Joseph Priestley discovered "dephlogisticated air" (ie. oxygen) plus many other gases for the first time.
