Minch is a lovely village with a tight focus on the local community. Exactly the kind of place you'd expect to find a pool table. I've been visiting for years, and there hasn't been one.
Except there has.
It turns out that not only is there a pool table, there are TWO full-sized snooker tables. I suspect the existence of these has been kept a secret because SOMEONE was worried they would lose. To be fair, they were right. Very, very right.
Still - a very welcome discovery. And now the year is over and we look forward to 2019. Happy New Year everyone!
