During lockdown there has been much talk of mental health, fundamental changes in how we work, potential changes in our very way of life, and all the to backdrop of the threat of impending disease. What isn't discussed often enough is what happens to poor, innocent food that has been left to fend for itself.
Well, on returning to my flat in London briefly as lockdown eases, I found out. Nothing good.
