I stumbled across a local shop window installation. It was completely engulfed in balloons, emblazoned with the words "socially distance" and crowned with an illustration of an explosion. A colourful way and well-meaning way of encouraging us to all stay safe, whilst unapologetically hiding another empty shop and what is a very empty time for many.
