This month I was transported to Japan for a couple of lovely hours having lunch with my eldest son at a new sushi bar in Cheltenham, called ‘Kibou’. The atmosphere was buzzing and the Sushi was gorgeous, but the ‘piece de resistance’ was the Mooshi (ice-cream) - five teaspoon size scoops lovingly wrapped in a jelly-type shell. I absolutely loved these - slightly chewy and delicious! I hope to visit again sometime soon!!!
