As we walked through this beautiful oak wood we admired the stunning autumnal colours, whilst listening to the sounds of crunching leaves underfoot and the flowing river below.
This area is known as 'Doone Country' as it featured in R.D.Blackmore's famous novel 'Lorna Doone'.
