Went to Slimbridge WWT during the short period it was open in December and had a wonderful 4 hours seeing all sorts of species from deserted hides and viewing towers. Torrential rain had been threatened so everyone kept away, but the rain passed us by! Anyway, much easier to see and identify were several huge Lego animals such as this Short Eared Owl made out of 37,500 Lego bricks.
