We have two very fat, lazy cats who spend about 98% of their lives asleep on the bed in our bedroom. I work in this bedroom, so they've been regular background companions when I'm on video calls. As the day wears on, the sun changes direction through the windows, and the cats migrate across the bed, chasing the beam. On this day, I caught Chairman Meow (Cherry, for short), looking extremely regal, almost sphinx-like.
