I spotted this little beauty in the sand while I was having a reflective moment. Before I knew it, I was digging it out and washing it in the sea and totally taken with how simple and elegant the pattern was but also how well formed the shell was. I spent so long admiring it, I think it technically counted as a mindfulness session.
