We spent a weekend in the Eastbourne area this month so Bonnie could do a Metal Detectoring Day (Christmas gift). Very stormy weekend but we got a break to go up towards Beachy Head while exploring the area. We had forgotten that the area was so lovely even though we lived in Kent for 7 years. It was a Marathon Weekend so lots of walkers looking quite tired. We agreed the view of the lighthouse, cliff and sky beat out Bonnie’s Metal Detectoring finds in the rain!
