We are visiting our son and family in Portland, Oregon for a month and are spending New Year’s weekend with them at Brasada Ranch near Bend, 3 hours SE of Portland. The photo was taken from our bedroom porch of the Three Sisters, within the Cascade Mountain Range. It is high desert where we are staying, which is beautiful.
