Having walked past the Houses of Parliament many times, we never thought we would be invited to take tea in the House of Lords with a Baroness. The Baroness is still working hard on humanitarian projects all around the world, even though she is in her late 80’s. She took time to greet us on arrival and take us on a tour of the House of Lords and arrange for us to listen to some questions in the House. Then took us for tea, finally organising for us to go into the House of Commons to listen to a debate. Such an interesting visit with a very special lady.
