The Appledore Book Festival was joyful, once again. Here’s a sample from the 13 events we attended. All were educational and inspiring. It’s wasn’t just talks - we also participated in a walk about weeds, a seafaring supper (with sea shanty band) and saw the internationally renowned guitarist Carlos Bonell.
