A stretch of the Bobsleigh track from the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo. It has since been abandoned and subsequently decorated by local graffiti artists, but you can walk the whole thing (and, if you sort out your mobile data, watch someone traverse it much faster on YouTube at the same time).
