This is the entrance to Bunk'Art 2 - A museum in Tirana, Albania, dedicated to the country's communist era and, in particular, the techniques used by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and police force to monitor the population. The museum itself is inside an enormous underground bunker which comprises over 24 rooms and designed for ministerial staff to use in the event of chemical or nuclear attack. It's actually one of over 175,000 bunkers, of wildly varying sizes, scattered about the country.
